Tidy

Collection

Tomatoes

I have been spending time cleaning, tidying and organising. Trying to get my studio in order, which is difficult as I have so much supplies and so little room. I am also a hoarder. I keep things 'just in case' I will need them one day, even if it would only cost a dollar to buy a new one. Does anyone else have this problem? I find it so much easier to work when everything is in order though, so it will be worth it in the end!

On the Shelf

On the Shelf

A little collection of lovely things. The gold box at the back was found at the rubbish tip shop (I got it for free!). I'm not sure what it used to hold but I'm guessing it originally contained chocolates. The teacup and saucers were found at the op shop. The red heart lino print is a card made by Harley for me for Valentine's Day! He set the world record for printing, he had to secretly design, carve and print in the small window of time after I left for work and before he had to go to work!

Rearranging the studio

On the Shelf

On the Shelf

Rearranging things in the studio, and our new succulent plant. The pot is a vase I found  in a second hand store when on a road trip and loved the shape of it. I couldn't think what to use it for until Harley bought some more succulents and we were looking for pots. He drilled a hole in the bottom and voila!

Baking - Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Banana Oatmeal Muffins

I finally found a way to use up all the over ripe bananas we had. Banana and oatmeal muffins! I found the recipe here, and we only used half the amount of baking soda. They are completely addictive and leave a lovely smell as they are cooking.
