Wild Thing Exhibition
Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney
Wild Thing is a wonderful exhibition of creatures great and small that
inhabit the Botanic Gardens. Our gardens provide much needed green
space in an ever-growing urban environment. They are brimming with
wildlife including birds, mammals, spiders, reptiles, frogs, fish, crustaceans
and insects.
Artists have been invited to create artwork based on the
wildlife living in the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney, the Blue Mountains
Botanic Garden Mount Tomah and the Australian Botanic Garden Mount
Annan. Provided with lists of the wildlife living in the Botanic Gardens, the
artists have created a wide range of work including paintings, drawings,
prints, photography and more.
Lion Gate Lodge, Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney
Sunday 4 - Sunday 18 August, 10 AM - 4 PM.
