When we were in Paris

So it's the first day of winter.. It feels like winter has been here for months already. If I had any money I'd be flying north. I can't even afford heating at the moment! The cold I've had for weeks has turned into chest infection/middle ear infection/other infections and I'm over it. I'm going to start planning my summer holiday now to get me through.

These are some photographs of my mother when she was little. I love the stark contrast of the snow and trees in the first image. Every photo taken with this camera is beautiful.
